Project summary

The Solution

We redesigned the website's navigation with a mobile-first approach, eliminating text overlays on images and ensuring consistency across desktop, mobile, and tablet. We streamlined sections and categories and reorganized the entire site map for better usability. Multiple versions of the new navigation were user-tested to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, we enhanced the site’s search functionality, making it easier for users to find relevant information.

The Solution

- Redesigned, mobile-first navigation - Simplified site map and content organization - Improved search functionality - User and live testing for enhanced usability across devices - Better access to recruiter registration and contact tools

“Your objective should always be to eliminate instructions entirely by making everything self-explanatory, or as close to it as possible. When instructions are absolutely necessary, cut them back to a bare minimum.”
